Royal Clean has been operating in the Philippines since 1987 across 8 branches in Metro Manila and Cavite. We are hiring an Accountant to manage the financial operations that keep our branches running — from day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll to BIR filings and management reporting.
Accountant jobs with Royal Clean require a CPA license or a relevant accounting degree, plus hands-on experience with Philippine tax regulations and BIR compliance. This is a head office-level role with visibility across all branches and can be applied for at any hiring branch including Bacoor.
What You Will Do
- Maintain accurate books of accounts across all Royal Clean branches
- Process monthly payroll and ensure correct computation of deductions and government contributions
- Prepare and file BIR returns — VAT, withholding tax, income tax, and other applicable filings
- Reconcile bank statements and inter-branch accounts monthly
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audit processes
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and flag overdue items
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
What We Are Looking For

- CPA license or Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field — required
- At least 2 years of accounting experience in a Philippine business setting
- Solid working knowledge of BIR compliance, VAT, and withholding tax
- Proficient in accounting software — experience with ERPNext or QuickBooks is an advantage
- Highly organised, accurate, and able to meet filing deadlines consistently
- A team player who can communicate financial information clearly to non-finance staff
- Three character references from a previous employer — names and contact details required
