Stuffed toys collect dust, allergens, and bacteria over time — and ordinary home washing often causes shrinkage, colour bleeding, or damage to embroidery and delicate features. Our IFI-trained team cleans each item using the method best suited to its fabric and construction.

Every item is assessed individually before cleaning. We check the fabric type, fill material, and any features such as embroidered details, attached accessories, or sound components, then choose the safest, most effective approach. Most plush toys are cleaned using our professional wet-cleaning process with gentle, pH-balanced detergents; items that cannot tolerate water are dry-cleaned instead. All toys are hand-finished, reshaped, and air-dried after cleaning.

We accept children's everyday stuffed animals — bears, bunnies, dogs, dinosaurs, and similar plush — as well as character plush from anime, cartoons, and games, oversized stuffed toys, giant plush cushions, and wedding souvenir stuffed animals.
