How it works
- Book with your branch. Call or visit your nearest Royal Clean and tell us what you’re sending and where you are.
- Prepare your items. Empty pockets, keep laundry and dry cleaning in separate bags, and note any stains.
- We collect. Our rider picks up from your home or office and carries garments in protective bags, so they don’t crease or get soiled.
- We clean. Your items get the same care as a counter drop-off, from inspection and stain treatment to cleaning and pressing.
- We deliver. Finished items come back to your door: hanging garments in covers, laundry neatly folded.

- Check and empty every pocket.
- Keep laundry and dry cleaning in separate bags, and put delicate pieces apart.
- Point out stains and what caused them, so we can treat them properly.
- Remove belts, pins and detachable trims you want to keep.
- Take hooks, rings and clips off curtains before pickup.

Is pickup and delivery available in my area? Coverage is centred on the areas around our eight branches in Metro Manila and Cavite. Call your nearest branch with your address and they’ll confirm.
How much does pickup and delivery cost? The branch confirms the cost when you book. We don’t publish a price list online.
What can I send for pickup? Laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, wedding gowns and barong, curtains and Eco Wash items. For carpets and rugs, ask the branch whether yours can be collected.
Do you pick up from offices? Yes. We collect from homes and offices.

Can I still drop off at a branch? Of course. Walk in to any branch during store hours to drop off and collect.
